anchor problem

The theme https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/doctor has a problem with the menu and anchors on the services page.
If you use the drop-down menu on the main page, you are redirected to the wrong part of the page (lower than it should be).
If you use the drop-down menu from the service page, the problem does not appear.
