What kind of element is it?

I am wondering what kind of element is used on this sample page...(the boxes, with text next to the pics and a button below)
I could not find out so far and would love to use it on my page, Thanks for letting me know.

These are two wraps next to each other, and one of them contains a Heading, Column Text, and button elements.
