Hi, My name is Claudiu and I have 3 license keys for betheme on 3 different websites, and one is making some strange behavior.

We had the theme registered on the development site:

https://yny.co.za/

We moved the installation to the client site:

https://downsouthsa.co.za/

And after we de-registred the theme from development, I notice that on the client side figures as unregistered even if the code is inserted as you can see in the below image:

I try to deregister the theme, in order to insert the code again, but I can't... when I press on the green btn, nothing happens...

Check your licenses

When I insert my purchase code and Envato user name, I get another license that is installed on an other website and not the one that I have on the development site - see above image starting with ba6f1156

What shall I do in this case?

    Hi,

    Please deregister the license key in Betheme -> Dashboard on your main domain, and register it again.

    If the problem persists after this, please send us your license key and the WordPress dashboard access through the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.
