how can I configure the header correctly? Every header setting except "Empty" looks like this at first. Unfortunately I couldn't find a tutorial for it.
(Ignore the rest of the website structure. I've already contacted support about the problem)

i dont want to the the Gray Stuff. "Creative Hanover and Home" :)
Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Subheader, and check an option to hide the Subheader.
Moreover, head to Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Header, and set some height value.

Head to Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Header, and change the Header background to white.
