please explain what is the problem exactly because you did not explained what is wrong. Did you activated Action Bar and set links for social icons?

So please do what we wrote above. Activate Action Bar under Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar section and set links for social icons under Theme options > Social section.
