I saw that Hover effect selected in Theme Options but I can't find it

I dont have something specific in mind.
I just saw this hover effect below and I wander if there any other standard or custom options
You can customize colors for this style in Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Image frame.
Besides that, you can only choose other styles, and further customization would require writing a custom CSS code.
