Importing Single Page Not working

I cannot import a single page. I'm trying to import this single contact page https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/spa3/contact/

I'm not facing any errors. Updated to 26.8.4, and all plugins are up to date. I deactivated all plugins and tried, still no luck.

Wp_content renamed theme to BeTheme_old and then fresh copy installed, still doesn't work.

How can I resolve the importing single pages.

Issue looks to surround all sites containing /be/themename and page

You are only taking in unique URL's containing /betheme/

Please fix this
