Parallax Feature & Image loading

My website is having issues loading the images that have the Parallax feature. This is on the homepage and the about us page - this is especially an issue on mobile. Screenshots of the two sections are below and the website is inletfl.com.

Now the images load appropriately for me on desktop and mobile.
