Can't Save or Publish Pages
Hi,
I recently signed up for BeTheme and have been trying to create our website. But, when I navigate to the page, click "Edit with BeBuilder," make changes and click "Save Draft" I get a message saying it was saved.
But, when I go back into the WordPress site, the original page has no content and there is a new draft that says "_be_setup_wizard_demo."
When I edit that draft, the original content isn't there, but it has says the following: "Setup wizard to guide you with BeBuilder."
When I was registering the purchase code, I did run into an error message a few times. I cleared my cache and that seemed to work. I'm not sure if the software wasn't installed entirely or not.
Please help. We are trying to get a new version of our site up quickly and this has been a big roadblock for us. We don't want to create too many pages, if we'll only have to re-create later.

I'm not entirely sure how to do that without using an email to create a user. How do you recommend I send access? I can send you the link to the site.

You can create a WP user even with some "dummy" email address, like "[email protected]".

Login credentials work, but the user you have sent does not have admin rights, and I could not properly check your problem.
Please change this user privileges to admin.

The user role has been changed and you have admin rights now.
If there's anything else, please let me know. I'd like to get this resolved today.
I checked it all, and everything seems to work correctly. I created a new page (BeSupport test page), added some content to it, saved it as a draft, and the content stayed untouched.
The
_be_setup_wizard_demodraft pages, created automatically with demo import, are necessary for the Setup Wizard. These pages can be removed, so I did that for you.Best regards
