I'm currently experiencing an issue with activating my license, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Here are the details of my problem:
I recently noticed that my license is not activated, and I have a few hypotheses regarding the reason for this malfunction. It's possible that there was a domain-related bug associated with the license, or perhaps I accidentally discarded it. In any case, I would like to request your help in obtaining the activation information.
On my end, I will provide you with the proof of purchase to confirm that we are the rightful owners of this license. Additionally, I want to emphasize that we only intend to use this license on our website with the domain "lesoutien.fr". If there has been any other activation, would it be possible to deactivate it entirely on your end?
