Flyout container or sticky floating button with content

I'm looking for a way to add a sticky floating button with a content area to a page. Is there a way to do this with BeTheme? It should look like this (contact):

Hi,

There is no setting to achieve that.

Usually, such boxes are made with custom HTML and CSS. You can contact your web developer regarding this.

You can also check third-party plugins.
