I can not add a new page

I created a page using this template. It's a one-page website. However, when I try to add a second page, it redirects to the homepage. What is the solution to this issue?
Secondly, when scrolling down the page, the default logo appears. I've checked all the settings, but I couldn't find a solution. How can I resolve this problem?

1) Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
2) You need to edit the sticky version of your header template.
