please support a problem in the Theme Options - Header & Subheader sections.
It is not possible to make any changes in this area. It seems that there is a blocking of any entries here.
Can you please help me with this.
Have already deactivated all plugins. Unfortunately without success.

As the message says, you have Header Builder active, so changes should be done in the templates.

This I have already done. However, the message is still there and I can in the tab" Header & Subheader" is still locked and no changes can be made.
If you have a header template, and it is assigned to the entire site, changes in theme options will have no effect because everything is set up in the template.
If you want to use the header from theme options, you need to remove the header template or remove its condition to be assigned to the entire site.
