Tob bar disappearing after last update

Hi, I did the latest theme update and on one of my sites the top bar disappeared.
I managed to make it reappear via css, using display:block but the sticky top bar doesn't appear. How can I fix?

Yes, but only because I restored a backup from yesterday. The problem persist if I update.
Please update the Betheme, send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

It is because of SiteGround Optimizer plugin.
After I deactivated it, the header appeared correctly.
