Theme not transferring to new host server.
We moved our site from BlueHost to Site Ground. We deleted the site on BH and the transferred site is working with BeTheme. We cannot update the theme. When we use the purchase code, an error message says "Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: box5143.temp.domain". Where do we deregister and reregister? Thank you!
