Many things can cause that problem:
1. Memory shortage on the web server
2. Wrong zip file uploaded. Please make sure you upload betheme.zip file
If something else is needed, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check the reason.
