feature image sizing

Hi, I am uploading a feature image in the size of 1080x1080px just like what is done on the template, but it is cutting off the size and looks completely different from the example. If you go to the home page ahanalife.com and scroll to the bottom "soulful musings" you will see this discrepancy. I have also attached a screenshot.

Please go to Theme Options > Blog & Portfolio > Featured images and adjust image sizes.
After making changes in that page, go to BeTheme > Tools and use Regenerate thumbnails.
