Hotel Booking Lite plugin

Hi

I am trying to incorporate this into my theme but cant get it to look how I need. Im sure its just a design issue but for the life of me I cant get it to look right. Would you have any suggestions?

First image is how it looks in Betheme, 2nd is how id like it to look? Ive tried playing with styling options buts just cant seem to replicate. The 2nd image was in another theme

any help would be greatly appreciated.

The plugin in question is Hotel Booking Lite by Motopress. I understand you dont support third party plugins but im hoping this is just a styling issue i dont fully undertand in Be theme. It works as it should on one of my other themes

As it seems to be a form, it should take its styles from Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Forms.
