My site can't open on mobile devices

Hello

I am from China. When using the Chinese network, my wordpress website can only be opened on the computer, but cannot be opened on the mobile phone. It shows ERR_SSL_PROTOCAOL_ERROR.Only when I'm connected to a US network using a VPN can I turn it on with my phone. Please what is the problem with it?

I've tried different phones and the problem persists.

For testing, switch to another theme, like Twenty Twenty, and see if the problem persists.
