Registering website
Hi i have a website that had a duplicate activation key... I purchased a new one and am trying to deregister the old one so I can update the new key. When I click on deregister key nothing happens.. just spinning wait icon... also i cant update the website to the new version either

Please deactivate all plugins, switch to the parent theme if you use the child theme, and try to deregister the license key.
