Background
Dear Support,
I am reaching out to you with an urgent issue. After clearing the cache in the WordPress settings, the background on my iPhone is now displaying normally. Previously, it appeared blurry/distorted. Attached are two screenshots for your reference: the first one showing the blurry background, and the second one displaying the normal background after cache was cleared.
Could you please advise on what might be the cause of this issue and how I can prevent it from happening in the future? This is very urgent as the blurry background significantly impacts the user experience.

Hi,
Cache is not something we have an influence on.
If you use a caching plugin you can either disable it or contact the plugin author what is the best solution to correct that behavior.
