Revolution slider Plugin will not install with pre built website
hello support,
I just recently purchased your theme. When i tried to install the pre built web, i could not install the revolution slider it said i need a licensing number. I am not using the license on any other domain and website , i would like to install the prebuilt website called Firm 2.
could you please enter my wordpress admin panel to help wit this issue or download the pre built website for me?

Ive tried reinstalling, deactive theme plug in and everything as recommended by this post https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/70637/cant-reinstall-plugin#latest but it still doesnt work
I also sent my log in details to https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact with the forum URL and name

Please do not share login credentials on the forum, as others can see them.
Anyway, the login credentials you have sent are not working.
Please send them again through the contact form, but ensure they work. Also, please attach your license key.

I resent the info in the contact form. Now the slider plugin is downloaded but the pre built website still cannot be installed it stuck at content download and is not moving
For further investigation, we will need FTP access.
Please send it as you did with the WP dashboard.
