I bought the license for the Be theme yesterday via Envato. Unfortunately, the activation in Wordpress does not work with the purchase code sent to me.

from what I can see, you did never registered the license key you've purchased so what exactly doesn't work? Did you followed the steps from https://support.muffingroup.com/video-tutorials/where-to-find-and-register-purchase-code/ ?
