If you use header style form theme options, it can be changed in Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Menu.
If you use Header Builder, you must edit the menu element and set it in Style -> Submenu.
If you cannot handle changing that, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.
