Sticky Header not working on version 27.2.10

Hi,

I recently migrated my website, which used version 20.9.7.2 of BeTheme to version 27.2.10. In the older version (https://34.233.176.152/ - For now https is not working), I had enabled the Sticky header and it worked perfectly. Now that I'm using the new version (http://54.234.145.83/) nothing happens when I scroll down. I tried Disabling it and Enabling it and the issue is still there. Could you please advice?

    Hello,

    Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent and recheck it.

    Thanks! I switched to the parent and it works fine (I didn't disable any other plugins). But now I'm sure there's some customization that was done on the child theme that is breaking the functionality.

    Is there a way I can know what kind of customizations were done in the child theme (I inherited this site, it wasn't implemented by me)? What kind of strategy would you suggest.

    I suggest contacting the web developer who made the modifications to child theme.

    If it is not possible, you can remove functions/modifications added in the child theme one by one to find which one causes it.
