Updating from BeTheme 12 to 27.2.11.

Hello!

I took over a website from a new client, and their site is built on BeTheme. Installed version is 12.

Worpress version 4.9.24. PHP 5.2.

I bought a new BeTheme licence in order to update the entire website and theme.

I created a staging site on the same hosting. Updated PHP version to 7.0 and WP to 6.4.1

But when I remove the old theme and install the new one, the site gets broken.

What would be the best way to migrate the content from theme version 12 to 27.2.11.

Is there a way to preserve content from breaking?

Old version of the site uses Muffin builder.

Or to migrate old site to elementor?

Hi,

Can you please attach screenshots showing what is broken?

Is this website using a child theme?

Do you have any unsupported plugins installed and active?

Can you attach a link to it?
