Bug: Menu Element in Header Template

Hi, I think I found a bug in the Menu element when using the Header Builder:

When I go to Menu Element -> Style -> Menu and want to define color, background and border in the Active tab like this:

Then the values for Color and Border will always be overwritten by the colors defined in Normal. So only the Background color will be visible in the frontend:

I can't get the active color and border to work. This seems to be a bug and not a misconfiguration.
