Disable BeTheme header

I would like disable, (ie not show) the betheme header. I tried making the heading height 0 px but it still displays. (BeTheme Header and Subheader Header Height - as shown in screen shot).


It is only showing on Woo product pages. Can you please shed some light?

    Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

    It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.

    Hi there.

    The site is currently in maintenance mode. Is there a ticket system where I can send the request direct?

    Screenshots are attached, see how the second logo appears - that is because I have set the menu in BeTheme to hide the menu but I cannot escape that logo.


    Your advise is greatly appreciated.
