Import of backup file doesn't work

Hello,

I did an export of the settings which worked and then changed some colors. Now when I import the backup file the colors stay the same as after the backup and don't go back to what they were before the backup.

I can see in the backup file that the colors I set before the backup are there, so the backup file seems to be OK.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as now I don't trust the backup tool to recover the settings.

Hi,

Please ensure that your backup file ends with three hashes like this:

If you do not see it at the end, it means that you did not copy everything, and the backup file is incomplete and will not work.
