Unable to install betheme-child.zip

Hi,

I'm trying to install the betheme-child.zip theme, so that I can make modifications to the theme and not lose them when there is a theme update, but when I try to upload the file, I get the error message "Incompatible Archive."

Please let me know how to solve this problem.
