Help with Betheme footer

I have inherited a website built on Betheme. The website was delinquent about 17 revisions so I moved to to a development server, renewed the license and upgraded. the upgrade did allow me to move to PHP 8.2. The previously installed revision did not support it.

The upgrade did break the footer in the site. I am attempting to rebuild the footer Betheme editor ... Elementor and WPBakery are disabled.

I have defined a 3 column layout in Betheme - Footer. I have defined the background and copyright info. It all looks good. For the 3 columns, I added content to the widgets area for the corresponding sections. Nothing appears in the columns.

There may be an existing CSS conflict that I have not found but any direction that you can provide would be greatly appreciated. The dev website is https://oxygenxldev.wpenginepowered.com/
