CSS didn't transfer when site went live

I had everything ready to go on a dev domain: https://dev2.huzzah.design/ <-- that's how I want the text to look.

I used All-in-One WP migration to export out the dev site and then import it to the production side at https://www.docksideplumbing.com/ and the font sizes and styles didn't make the transfer.

I checked the fonts section of BeBuilder and everything looks correct, but it's definitely not grabbing styles. I've disabled all plugins and cleared the cache - do dice. I tried it on another browser - no dice.

I re-downloaded BeTheme and reinstalled it over the active version (which wouldn't update) - no dice.

I can see the active styles from dev2 in dev tools - in static.css, but my guess is that's a minified version that's created/applied in the background when the page renders.
