Tablet Color Change cannot be found

I've spent a good 2 hours honestly trying to find how to change the color of my navigator when its displaying for tablets. Ive played with every setting and can get it out of the white color and need to be advised on what to do to change this. I started with Eco prebuilt theme. Every other nav header seems to be okay but this one idk.

Hi,

Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> General, and uncheck the Transparency Top Bar with menu option.
