Can't remove Revolution Slider from header

Hi,

I have removed Revolution Slider from page header from the page Media and Revolution slider settings and it still leaves a dark blue column under menu.

I have deleted the entire slider template, but the column remains.

Wondering also if it is a Revolution slider related issue?
