Update failed

Hello, i get this error when updating the theme.

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

I don't have any other plugins that were not there on the last update, there is room on the hosting service as well I'm not sure what the cURL is or if this is installed.

Hi, i have been to the hosting provider, they have checked everything and said cURL library is installed and available, all plugins are disabled and the theme is still not updating, they say "The issue seems to be with a bad format of the updated version of the theme" so I don't know where to go with this?

The problem was related to the license key. I have re-registered it, and the update worked correctly.
