Favicon Issues

Hello, I've recently tried changing the website's favicon which, had changed to what I needed, but, there seems to be an issue when it came to Google's search engine, seemingly the icon/favicon that appears specifically there is White, and this can't be seen.

Is this an issue that has something to do with the theme or is this something to do with Google itself?

Here is a reference picture that shows the issue;

As you can see the circle doesn't show anything (technically as stated before there is an icon but it's WHITE for some odd reason)

I forgot to add that the icon is a .svg file and not a .ico file as written within the theme's options, is it possible that this is the cause of the problem?

Hi,

Most likely, yes. Favicon should have an ICO extension. To generate favicons, I suggest using this website: https://realfavicongenerator.net/.

If you have difficulties uploading ICO files to your media, please install the following plugin:
