Purchase code and Envato username not works

Hello, I've bought a new license of Betheme and when I introduce the username and the purchase code but it shown a message error "The purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code."

What's the problem? Anyone can help me?

You are using a tool for deregistering and checking registered licenses. As the new license is not registered anywhere yet, you will receive this message.
