Different Menu Bar in Chrome / Firefox

I'm trying to build my webiste locally. While it was working fine until recently, now I'm showing two Menus in two different ways in Chrome and Firefox (attached screenshot).

Please advise.

Hi,

Are you sure that you are checking on the same browser widths?

Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
