Form Maker Plug-In
Hi,
I've previously used a plug-in on my website called Form Maker to build surveys about my program. I tried to use it again with BeTheme, but the little Form Maker button is not on the visual toolbar nor does it work when I try to type in the shortcode.

our theme has nothing to wordpress editor so you must look for a problem somehwere else. We recommend to start from deactivating all extra plugins.
