Header and Logo complications

Hello there,

I am struggling in positioning my Logo within the different anchor points given.

I also noticed that the anchor point for mobile devices is 480px which turns out to be way wider than mobile devices do support.

Please see provided screenshots.

I have changed padding for mobile settings, yet there is no change. Also clearing cache did not work out for me.
