Counter widget to start on window scroll?
I have not seen this setting, but I'd like to start the counter when the section of that page is visible. By the time I scroll down, the counter already ran out.
I've seen this done on other websites, here is the jquery code:

I have checked that, and it works that way (it starts counting when I reach these elements).
On what browser are you checking?
Are there any extra steps to reproduce that?
