Can't change background colour of header
Hi there - I'm a bit confused about this ticket system. It seems to be a forum, so I can't give access info to my site.
Anyway, the problem is that I can't change the background color of the header. It's a classic version, first one among the options.
I've gone to the customizer / header and footer / background - there does not seem to be an option to set a colour, only an image. So I uploaded a white tile and set it to repeat - header is still dark grey.
I've tried custom css to set a background colour, and tried using a white repeating background image. It keeps coming up dark.
What is the proper css selector for the header so I can change the background colour or add an image directly, as the interface doesn't work for me?
And is there a place I can ask without being in a public forum?
