purchase code does not match the username.

I want to deregister my theme in order to register back to other website because on export the themefiles are not transferred.

But on deregistering it does not recognize my purchase code linked to my username;

Username: jserto

Item Purchase Code: [REMOVED DUE TO SECURITY REASONS]
