Change Header Cart on Pre-Built Website

I have been able to make changes to the main header of my website after using a pre-built version (Event 3 Betheme pre-built website), but the option to modify the cart above the header does not appear. Can you please help me change that? I'm trying to get it to say Register rather than Buy. Now.
