critical error message from wordpress
Hi,
My website is experiencing a critical error. We updated some content of the website on 2 May 2024, but we cannot access the website today and the following message shows up:
There has been a critical error on this website.

It happened twice. Last time we replaced the whole website with the backup to solve it, but it happened again.

Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

I have received your private message, but you did not attach WP dashboard access, only FTP and cPanel.
Please send another message with complete data.
Moreover, please tell me where this critical error message appears because I did not see it when I opened a link to your website.

It is not a Betheme-related issue. Through FTP, I disabled Betheme, and the problem persisted. Moreover, I activated WP debug and the following errors appeared:
None of them refer to Betheme. You must contact your web developer to check what exactly is causing this, and to correct that.
