How to make button text BOLD site-wide?

EDIT: DISREGARD, I FIGURED IT OUT

Not sure if I need some custom CSS or if there is a setting I can toggle but I want the text in my buttons to pop more.

Can you also provide me with a solution to adjust font size on the button text too?
