Unable to deregister Betheme for urls with environment deleted.

Hello,

We have a few sites with the development environment deleted and we're unable to deactivate our Betheme license. Would you be able to help with this?

Will email referencing this thread teh url registered and betheme license.

We have used the tool.

It doesn't work in this case. We receive the error "Your site still uses BeTheme. Please delete all theme files before deregistration"

How are we able to deregister?

But in the first message, you said that these sites were deleted.

You removed them and still receive this information?
