Try the following CSS code:

.shop_slider .slick-slide .desc h4{
 min-height: 150px;
}

Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.

Ok thanks, now is fine.

It will bi good if there is simmiliar option like in Betheme-Options-Shop-Product list-Equal heights
