Hi, i've installed a plugin The events calendar that works fine on several websites that uses be theme, bu on this website I get a warning message:

I have received your private message, but the WP credentials you sent are not working.
Also, FTP leads to an empty catalog.
Please correct the FTP and resend the WP dashboard access with the correct information.

The FTP still led to an empty catalog. However, we managed to correct that through the WP theme editor.
