How can i add customized links on the action bar?

because there are specified links on the action bar, but i have to put some links that are not connected to the specified fields on the action bar options. Please help.

Hi,
under Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar section you have "Slogan" field and this is the place where you can use html links.
